CUSTOM SUMMER HOME - LINCOLN RD

A legacy summer home built from the ground up on the footprint of a previous house, designed entirely around how the client truly lives. Created for gracious hosting with three primary suites, dual laundries, and an elevator for longevity, the home features a subdued, color-drenched palette, pet-friendly luxury flooring, and welcoming spaces that prioritize comfort, connection, and everyday living.
